    We believe Outdoor Hospitality is on the verge of a similar inflection and are assembling a world-class portfolio of outdoor hospitality properties that meet our investment criteria and offer significant short- and long-term upside.

    At EV, our team has MBAs, but we didn’t learn business from a textbook. We learned it from sleeping under the shipping table, having invoices go unpaid and struggling to make payroll.     We decided to build the company that we would want to buy our own company. One that would take care of our employees and create opportunities for them to grow wealth if the business grows.

    We believe Storage and Commercial Real Estate provide a diversification, steady cash flow, and tax-efficient model for your invested capital, and are assembling continual investment opportunities throughout the US South.
